Zipware Error: The feature you are trying to use on a network resource that is unavailable.

 

When you try to run Zipware you may receive the following prompt:

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable
Click OK to try again, or enter the alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'Zipware.msi' in the box below

To resolve this issue you can either reinstall Zipware or perform the following steps.

1. Download Zipware from https://www.zipware.org/download-zipware.shtml

2. Right click the downloaded exe and extract the contents as shown in the below screen snip

You should then be left with the following files. The file we need is Zipware.msi

3. Run Zipware again from you desktop icon as you normally would but this time when you receive the below error click browse and select Zipware.msi file that you extracted above.

 4. Click OK and Zipware will use this .msi file to fix itself and start normally.
